The one thing that I know about my body is that shorts don't flatter me. I've tried every brand, style, color, cut. You name it, i've tried it. So, I rely on dresses and skirts to get me through the warm summer months.
This is quite easy this season with beauties like these.
I'll take one of each, please.

ugh. they dont flatter me either and it makes me saaad because I love them on other people! What i would give to pull off that casual, denim with a tank look. Alas, that's not in the cards for me. and pretty dresses like these make that just a little easier to bear :)

I've been loving Madewell's dresses lately. That yellow one is perfection.
I've been looking for cute, easy summer dresses but the whole wrap around or elastic waist just doesn't flatter my body! Ah! And that style is everywhereeeeee.

oh hey.... another reason we are the same person. I wear nothing but dresses in the summer, although I did find 2 pairs of shorts last summer that I like after not wearing shorts for at least 5+ years. love the pink one and the grey printed one!

Ok, I am the SAME way! I loath shorts. Which really makes me sad because there are so many great options out there this season. But I love the dresses you found- all so breezy and perfect for the warm summer months.
